Caterina holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and a
Master of Arts in Life Transitions Counseling Psychology. She is a
Certified Personal and Professional Coach (CPPC) and a Master Certified
Coach (MCC), the highest designation awarded by the International
Coaching Federation. Additionally, Caterina is affiliated with Qmetrics
to deliver programs on Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace and use
the EQ assessment tool.
